Ingredients:

  • Eggplant – 1-2 pc;
  • Potatoes – 6 pc;
  • Onion – 1 pc;
  • Oil;
  • Salt to your taste.

Step 1

Wash out eggplants, cut them and pour with cold water. Sprinkle with salt. Leave eggplants for 20 minutes.

Peel the onion and cut into semi-rings.

Throw eggplants on a collander and let the water drain out. Fry eggplants on oil until semi-readiness.

Add onion to eggplants and fry until readiness. When the eggplants are ready, place them on a plate.
