Beef sirloin lockets from Chef Vladimir Sharutin
Beef sirloin lockets with arugula lettuce and cherry tomatoes will be a perfect dish for beer and the secret how to cook it has been disclosed by restaurant Chef Vladimir Sharutin.
Ingredients:
- Beef sirloin fillet – 200 g,
- Arugula lettuce – 15 g,
- Cherry tomatoes – 40 g,
- Olive oil Extra virgin – 25 ml,
- Lemon juice – 15 ml,
- Grated Parmesan cheese – 10 g,
- Salt, black ground pepper.
Step 1
Prepare ingredients.
Step 2
Grease beef sirloin fillet with olive oil.
Step 3
Roast the fillet on grill for approximately 10-12 minutes from all sides until Medium Rare stage (the meat is roasted outside but remains semi-row inside).
Step 4
Cut the meat into 6-7 rings.
Step 5
Cook the dressing: mix lemon juice with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper to your taste.
Step 6
Side-dish: mix arugula with cherry tomatoes and add oil & lemon dressing.
Step 7
Place the side dish into the middle of the plate.
Step 8
Arrange lockets around the side dish and sprinkle them with oil & lemon dressing.
Step 9
Top lockets with grated Parmesan cheese.
