Ingredients (for one portion):

For layer: 

  • Coconut milk – 250 g;
  • Milk 3.2% - 400 g;
  • Corn starch – 150 g;
  • Cane sugar – 200 g. 

For sauce: 

  • Low-gluten flour – 700 g;
  • Corn starch – 50 g;
  • Baking powder – 20 g;
  • Soda – 6 g;
  • Potato starch – 50 g;
  • Oil – 70 g.

Prepare ingredients.

Stir coconut and ordinary milk in a saucepan, add corn starch and cane sugar. Boil on low heat until it gets thick.

Pour in cups, leave to cool down, place in the fridge. It's better to use silicone cups – it will be easier to take out. Cup may be of any size and form.

Before serving to the table coat in the batter made of starch and flour and deep fry. Dry out on a paper towel afterwards.
