The guests will have a chance to evaluate the elegant taste of salmon ceviche served with boiled potatoes Violeta, cherry tomatoes, tobiko caviar, red onion bunch and chili pepper rings seasoned with sesame oil and Yuzu juice. Bluefin tuna fillet poke melting in the mouth with red and spring onion, sesame and lime juice will discover a new taste of fish.
The menu also presents fried scallops with sweet soya and dry Enoki mushrooms, grilled quail Yakitori with sauce made of marinated Ume plum sauce, grilled Chilean sea bass with sweet chili sauce.
