In the break the guests will be offered a rich Kabardian pie with potatoes. And the signature dish will be definitely appreciated by meat delicacies-lovers: kerusus with juicy pieces of beef and vegetables and also gedlibzhe – chicken in a piquant sour cream & garlic sauce with spicy herbs.
