Winter Fantasies At Paulaner Brauhaus Moscow Paveletsky
Chef Maxim Ryzhkov decided to treat the guests of restaurant-brewery Paulaner Bräuhaus Moscow Paveletsky with new dishes again.
This time culinary experiments are represented with fresh salted salmon which turn out to be a good combination with baked potatoes and sour cream (480 rubles), onion soup with cheese croutons (300 rubles). The Chef’s offer includes classic positions such as salad with Ruccola, tomatoes and pine nuts (380 rubles) and baked eggplant with tomatoes and zucchini (330 rubles).
There are also dishes suitable for a glass of fresh brewed beer. For example, Tyrol frying pan (540 rubles) means smoked and fried pork neck served with onion and young potatoes. It is hard not to try. Grilled sea-bass with rice and green butter (500 rubles) is also included into Chef’s recommendation. And pear baked in beer batter with ice-cream is a new dessert of this winter (260 rubles).
