Chestnaya Kuhnya restaurant has a generous update of the menu. Sergey Yeroshenko goes on extending the range of places where the products are supplied from for his kitchen.

Halibut is delivered fr om Murmansk, geese are from Belarus. There is no doubt that halibut and goose at Chestnaya Kuhnya are the best in the city! 

Halibut smoked at the restaurant is added by Sergey to the salad with lentil ragout and forest nut sauce (480 rubles), while the goose is stewed and served in the salad with ginger sauce caramelized pear and apple salsa (550 rubles), also stewed in the oven with apples, badiane and cinnamon (820 rubles) and offered as a starter for wine in meat wine set with olives (620 rubles) wh ere apart from the goose breast there is peppered beef sirloin, pork neck and reindeer.

The menu also contains exciting home open pies made in the wood stove with stewed cabbage and eggs (480 rubles), halibut, cod liver, fried onion and egg (670 rubles), meat and poultry (680 rubles). 

The Hot Courses chapter presents ravioli with salmon in duck giblets ragout (550 rubles), milk pork with horseradish & celery mousse (690 rubles), pike perch fillet caught in northern waters with stewed sorrel, asparagus and Parmesan (610 rubles), veal sirloin escalope with fried green peas and asparagus in morel sauce (690 rubles) and half of home chicken marinated in Ayran with orient spices baked in the oven (620 rubles).

For a dessert feel free to order pigeon milk with vanilla sauce on halva (260 rubles), honey cake with fresh berries sauce (280 rubles), prunes stuffed with halva and nuts in Ayran and goat cheese sauce (290 rubles).
