Winter Offer From New Chefs At Food & Wine Restaurant

Dmitry Buldygin left Food & Wine restaurant on Trehgorka but now two new Chefs work there – Alexander Borisov and Pavel Kopeinkin. They are performing the winter offer.

It includes roast beef with cranberry, lettuce leaves and Cauliflower sauce (450 rubles), salad with sweet shrimps, guacamole with persimmon and sweet cherry tomatoes (600 rubles), aromatic and rich soup with Cheddar cheese and Parmesan with seafood and cheese croutons (600 rubles). Among main courses there is grilled veal with mashed potatoes topped with vegetable sauce (750 rubles), black ravioli with seafood and ricotta topped with cream sauce (750 rubles). 

The chief barman Grigory Mostivenko prepared a carte of winter cocktails – non-alcohol hot berry tea with mint and magnolia vine (350 rubles) or warm-up tea with raspberry and ginger (350 rubles). Of course, a few options with alcohol are also available: almond raff with amaretto (400 rubles), hot tea with porto (450 rubles) and warm-up apple Drambuie (400 rubles).
