The worthy discoveries of the new menu may become foie gras terrine with confit ginger (550 rubles) and shiitake mousse  with bourbon jelly (390 rubles). Baked escargots (350 rubles) will be a good starter with wine on a cold evening. Bright and rich corn soup with chicken (300 rubles) will create the right attitude to lunch. Among hot courses Chilean sea bass with honey and chili (1650 rubles) will be neighbouring with rib eye steak with Brussels Sprout (1500 rubles) and macaroni po-flotski (navy noodles, 400 rubles). For a dessert, apple pie or Panna Cotta with the violet sauce is worth your preference (350 rubles).
