Besides exclusive (no exaggeration) beef Tajima (marble grade 9+) and high-quality Wagyu from Chili the menu of BeefBar Moscow restaurant on Prechistenskaya embankment includes meat from Russian providers now.

After thorough analysis of the market Chef Pavel Petukhov decided to choose Black Angus beef from Voronezh region. The Chef says this meat complies with high international requirements set up by the BeefBar Restaurant.

There are a few other new dishes available in the menu besides steaks. Certainly, meat dishes! Among new dishes there is baked goatling, reindeer lockets, meat solyanka, veal tongue and warm salad with quail.
