Spring Menu At Capri Restaurant
The Capri Restaurant has updated the menu. This time the Chef Dmitry Vanchagov decided to vary the offer with author's know-hows.
For example, passatelli with Parmesan in young asparagus sauce (950 rubles) will be an unexpected surprise for guests. They are made without flour at all. The composition includes only Parmesan, bread crumbs, yolk and lemon zest.
Along with usual green salads Dmitry offers the guests to try a new salad with young marrows, fennel, cherry tomatoes and arugula (850 rubles) where juicy tomatoes are grilled which gives the salad an incredibly nice aroma of fire. The sauce made of mustard, honey, grapefruit juice and olive oil brings a delicate fresh note. Among new interesting positions there is green salad with octopus (1650 rubles) with fine Pan-Asian aromas; among hits which have been remaining in the menu for a few years per guests' wish there is asparagus tartar with avocado (960 rubles): it is the best choice to get energy and vital forces.
The spring menu is available until 31st May.
