Venice XVI Century Italian Restaurant has renewed menu and increased it with new season offers. There are plenty of vegetables salads offered to guests: green salad with young onion and spinach with quail eggs (380 rubles), Baku tomatoes with yogurt sauce (730 rubles), green radish with lettuce mix, melon and apples (450 rubles), young asparagus, pear, strawberries and Gorgonzola cheese (550 rubles).
The starters have been increased with swordfish carpaccio and lemon-olive seasoning (550 rubles), marinated sardines with young potatoes and quail eggs (550 rubles) and salad with smoked deer, beet leaves and fruit jelly (970 rubles).
There are three kinds of cold soups also offered to guests: ripe tomatoes gazpacho with King crab meat (580 rubles), avocado cream-soup with shrimps (400 rubles), soup a la russe on kvass or kefir (350 rubles).
Main courses include crab meat in cream sauce on envelopes with forest mushrooms and vegetables (1690 rubles), swordfish fillet in a red pepper sauce on pancake with young marrows (1100 rubles), sardines fillet fried in breadcrumbs with young asparagus and eggplants (780 rubles), Italian duck sausages on polenta toasts with tomato salsa (1150 rubles) and beef tongue mignon with young spinach and onion rings (890 rubles).
