Chicago Prime Steakhouse & Bar Restaurant has properly prepared to the summer and is now meeting the guests with a big summer menu

Chicago Prime Steakhouse u Bar Restaurant has properly prepared to the summer and is now meeting the guests with a big summer menu.
The summer offer includes light starters and salads – risotto with seafood and Parmesan cheese (560 rubles), Canadian lobster fillet with grilled pineapple and fruit salsa (1390 rubles), bruschetta with cep mushrooms cream (380 rubles), caprese with watermelon (540 rubles) and citrus salad with radish (350 rubles).  Summer soups include gazpacho with yellow tomatoes, zucchini and avocado (390 rubles), meat okroshka on kvass (320 rubles) and vegetable okroshka on kefir (290 rubles). The main courses are as follows: grilled chicken breast with artichokes (650 rubles), steaks, pork ribs, grilled sea-bass and black cod fillet.
The guests are welcome to try desserts: grilled watermelon with honey and ice-cream (450 rubles), pineapple carpaccio with sorbet (490 rubles) and lemon panacota (420 rubles). Summer drinks are Sangria on white and red wine (also on beer and pear), over a dozen of alcohol drinks and various cold tea and coffee.
