Chef of Grotta Italian restaurant recommends to try new light salads and spring dishes.
The guests are always welcome to taste such refreshing starters as salad with lobster, basil, tomatoes and spices with olive-lemon seasoning, salad with crab and celery, pineapple and grapefruit. Light hunger is nice to satisfy with pear stuffed with cheese and topped with Gorgonzola sauce with pistachios, shrimps in garlic sauce with lettuce leaves. The menu also includes warm salad with seafood and Rucola.
A special recommendation from Chef is new summer dishes – duck leg with pear in red wine and grilled Norwegian salmon steak.  
A rich menu of dishes and summer carte of drinks are waiting for the guests at Grotta restaurant.
