Pizza-borsch at SchiSliva
The unusual dish from Chef Andrey Solonin – pizza-borsch (520 rubles) is now available at SchiSliva restaurant of the Russian cuisine.
Ingredients of the soup beloved by all are placed on thin pizza made of wheat flour. The composition consists of Brussels sprout, beetroot, mini-carrot, young potato, beef, mangold leaves, leek and sauce based on beetroot and sour cream. Cold beetroot soup is served separately in a glass.
This is how Andrey Solonin comments about the new dish: “By the summertime I have an idea to replace rich hot borsch with such an unusual dish. Pizza-borsch has a familiar and clear to all taste and it is served unusually. Also cold beetroot soup excellently refreshes in the heat”.
