Chef of family Italian restaurant Piccolino Alessio Gini has prepared a new season offer with Mediterranean accent for the guests.
The Chef has tried to express the positive mood about a long expected warm season through creative new dishes of the spring menu. So, Spring salad with goose prosciutto and fruit mustard (550 rubles) has a distinctive flavour because of Alessio Gini"s personal "invention" - he seasoned the dish with original sauce made of balsamic vinegar and fruit mustard. Dorado fillet in Rucola sauce with dried tomatoes (990 rubles) is also spiced up with a real Chef"s fantasy.         
The Mediterranean colour, sun and sea expectations reveal in Octopus carpaccio with fresh lettuce (890 rubles), Raviolis with shrimps (750 rubles), Spaghetti with sea combs and truffle cream (590 rubles). The way of serving Rib-eye Steak Choice (1790 rubles) is quite interesting: it is placed on a table in a hot frying pan, so the guest may roast the meat until preferred stage. 
Alessio Gini didn"t forget to welcome the guests with sweet creativity - author"s dessert Panna Cotta with pear topped with blackberry sauce (350 rubles).
