The most challenging festival of the season - Long Live New Revolutionary Menu! - has started at Goodman steak-houses. The festival is taking place from April 23rd to May 23rd. During these days each of 11 Goodman restaurants in Moscow will be turning into the centre of culinary revolution. The guests are offered to express their sense of humour when remembering the political situation in the country and to organize their own culinary revolution.  For this purpose, there are four meat dishes performed in the menu symbolizing opposition leaders from different countries and historical periods - George Washington, Mao Zedong, Vladimir Lenin and Ernesto Che Guevara. The official slogan of the festival is "We are demanding blood in steak, salt, pepper and a glass of good wine!"
These are the options:
Flat Iron Steak - Banfi Chianti Classico (Italy);
Pork lard - Merlot Cantine Francesco (Italy);
Picanya - Shiraz Tim Adams (Australia);
Lamb sirloin - Ribbonwood Pinot Noir (New Zealand).
