The long expected spring has finally arrived and Chef of Fifth Ocean Restaurant Yuriy Semykin prepared a new collection of dishes Spring-Summer 2012.  
Chef especially recommends consomme Atlantic (570 rubles) cooked of steamed pike perch, salmon and halibut combined with tiger prawns and squids, Smoked Salmon salad (480 rubles) originally cooked with artichokes and mini-potatoes. Lamb tongues stewed in wine and spicy herbs cooked on charcoal (720 rubles) are not forgettable in combination with baked apples, zucchini, sweet pepper and eggplant. For a dessert there is selection of sweets for tea (280 rubles) - treat you with chocolate truffles and almond short handmade cakes.
