New Day Author's Menu At Funny Cabany

The Funny Cabany Restaurant is willing to update the special daily menu as autumn starts.

The brand chef Mark Statsenko has developed it based on the principle of using as many seasonal fresh products as possible keeping an average price at the same time. The menu will be valid from noon to 5 pm on weekdays.

A range of dishes for full lunch is quite wide when salads and appetizers are represented with vinaigrette served at Funny Cabany with sprats, red salad, smoked red salmon and beaten cucumbers, also with two kinds of bruschetta. Among soups there is okroshka and beetroot soup, traditional schi with sorrel from Moscow region.

As for hot courses, the guests may choose out of 6 positions, both meat and fish including pork brisket with cherry sauce and topinambour, chicken chop, mackerel with apple chutney and garden peas puree. Seafood are also available in the menu as pasta orzo with Far East squid (360 rubles). Certainly, the daily menu couldn't be left over without brand-chef's author's desserts such as airy ryazhenka mousse with beetroot meringues, brandied cupcake & warm cream, home profiteroles with vanilla cream.
