La Provincia Restaurant celebrates the beginning of spring with performance of well-known Chef, Michelin star owner - Paolo Casagrande. This is another visit of the legendary Chef to Russia. The special menu includes fennel salad with pieces of sea-bass, red orange, vinegar and saffron; octopus salad with potatoes and pickled vegetables with red pepper sauce
La Provincia Restaurant celebrates the beginning of spring with performance of well-known Chef, Michelin star owner - Paolo Casagrande. This is another visit of the legendary Chef to Russia. The special menu includes fennel salad with pieces of sea-bass, red orange, vinegar and saffron; octopus salad with potatoes and pickled vegetables with red pepper sauce; black cod with crispy artichoke petals and olives. Among starters you may taste sea-bass and comb chop in a special sauce, fried prawns with pumpkin puree and vegetarian balls with truffle, potato soup with quail eggs. There are such main courses as Agnolotti with Pesto and Burrata cheese with fresh tomatoes sauce, black tagliatellini with squids and vongole; rack of lamb with oxtails and mushroom ragout with spinach. For a dessert you may taste Tiramisu with Amaretto and Mango soup with crispy brownies and classic for Italy Meringa.
The tour of Paolo Casagrande at La Provincia will last till March 10th.
