Royal Spring Black and White Sets at Chateau de Fleurs

The fantastic spring menu has appeared at Chateau de Fleurs restaurant since March 1st: there are two options of sets - Check and Mate.
Chef of Chateau de Fleurs Evgueny Bednenko designed three dishes for each set - a starter, a hot course and a dessert. You may order them not only within the set but also taste separately.
Also you are welcome to order wine tasting complementary for each set - the sommelier of Chateau de Fleurs will offer his recommendations from the rich restaurant wine carte.
Check Set:
Homemade French pate made of Choice beef with cep mushrooms marmalade and mix lettuce (990 rubles);
Escalope Foie Gras with sweet spinach and sweet baby pears (1250 rubles);
Special Maxi-Macaron with fresh raspberry and vanilla cream (720 rubles).
The set will cost 2700 rubles.
Mate Set:
Spring risotto with young green asparagus, baked baby tomatoes, sheep cheese Cana Cabra and red cabbage chips (530 rubles);
Lobster with Caribbean lettuce and Bisque soup with black shrimps (2480 rubles);
Homemade apple pie (490 rubles).
The set will cost 3190 rubles.
