Georgian a la American Menu at Saperavi Café

From March 4th to March 10th Saperavi Café invites all for Georgian a la American menu from New York guest Maya Ubilava.
Maya has been living in New York for 6 years and cooks Georgian dishes for her family and friends converting recipes into the modern style.
Maya will be presenting the following dishes to Saperavi guests:
Lebia Kharkalia - 290 rubles. It is fried red beans with onion, verdure, walnuts, spices and coriander. Maya serves the beans with nakhvatsa (similar to corn chips tortilla).
Chakhokhbili with shrimps - 550 rubles. Maya Ubilava cooks chakhokhbili of royal shrimps which she stews in tomatoes with spices as intended.  
Khachapuri with smoked cheese - 490 rubles. It is a traditional pita where Maya replaced suluguni cheese with Imereti cheese and smoked suluguni.  
Honey and nuts bars with pecan nuts and fresh berries - 250 rubles. Maya offered to cook honey and nut bars with pecan nuts because it grows in Georgia where it is called Gurian nut.
Coffee with zephyr - 190 rubles. Zephyr served to digestive cup of coffee is made at the restaurant and hence, it has a home taste.
