Summer Menu at Lounge-cafe Chaihona # 1

Lounge-cafe Chaihona # 1 has launched a new menu at the beginning of May. Sergey Suschenko has accentuated the unusual combination of ingredients and unexpected way of offering dishes from world cuisines.

Just like the summer, the striking feature of the new menu is lightness, freshness and abundance of every culinary masterpiece. Refreshing gazpacho with tasty tomato sorbet (280 rubles) or Bai baked pike perch topped with Cheddar cheese (390 rubles) is a true confirmation of it. 

Summer is a time for experiments and nothing prevents us from cooking a true American sandwich with juicy steak and pickled cucumbers… in grilled Uzbek pita (1200 rubles). You may try beef cabob (1550 rubles) after so familiar and favorite okroshka on kvass (280 rubles). As for desserts, the brand-chef of   Lounge-cafe Chaihona # 1 Sergey Suschenko has performed special dainties – light dessert with almond crumbs, ginger and mascarpone (310 rubles), chocolate cake (300 rubles) and poppy cake with coffee sauce, nuts and fresh berries (345 rubles).
