Apart from the main menu, there is a special menu with Caucasian dishes valid at the Grand Alexander Restaurant and Lobby-Bar of Mariott Grand Hotel.

The menu includes dolma with beef, sumakh sauce and hot kefir, salad with fried vegetables with Suluguni, basil and green tkemali, chicken chakhokhbili with tkemali and dried tomatoes. You may try a few kinds of kebabs such as salmon, lamb or chicken with pomegranate sauce, Narsharab or tkemali.
Since 1st July all are invited to barbecue at the summer terrace on the first floor of the hotel every Wednesday from 5.30 pm to 9 pm (depending on weather conditions). The price is 1950 rubles per person.
