Mushrooms Menu At Paulaner Bräuhaus Moscow Paveletsky

Cep and shiitake mushrooms, chanterelles, honey mushrooms and champignons can be found in the special menu dedicated to mushrooms at the brewery restaurant Paulaner Bräuhaus Moscow Paveletsky.
The chef Maxim Ryzhkov presents a few dishes with mushrooms. Classical
rural soup with chanterelles (320 rub.) will remind you the taste of childhood
and become an excellent option for lunch. The chef cooks the sauce with saffron
milk cups and serves it to pork escalope and shiitake with vegetables and rice
(480 rubles). Other interesting new dishes include beef sirloin ragout with cep
mushrooms, beer and mashed potatoes (620 rub.), champignons and zucchini deep
fried with tartar sauce (280 rub.). If you want a classical course, it's worth
ordering marinated honey mushrooms with onion, boiled potatoes and greens (280
rubles).
