The brand chef of La Marée Restaurant Zituni Abdessattar created a special artichokes menu together with other restaurant cooks.

The menu at restaurants in Petrovka and Zhukovka pays a special attention to stuffed artichokes. Here they are stuffed with King Crab meat, scallops, Carabineros prawns, lobster tail or monkeyfish fillet and served with various sauces to a guest's choice: cream & truffle, olive & wine or fresh tomato sauce.

It is worth trying a scallop knot with artichokes and black truffles, spaghetti with deep fried artichokes with olives tapenade that looks like a bloomed rose.

Chef Flavio at La Marée in Smolenka proposes a baked artichoke with Camembert cheese, artichokes, scallops, catfish chops, with anise and celery puree sauce, and also artichokes tempura with anchovies or sturgeon kebab with artichokes.

The artichokes season will last at La Marée until the end of March.
