Tartar Festival At Myasnoy Klub (Meat Club) Restaurant

Myasnoy KlubRestaurant decided to greet the guests not only with pancakes but also with tartars on Butter Week expecting the Lent.

The menu includes beef, veal, lamb and reindeer tartars. Each dish is served with original dressings: anchovies, black truffle, onion, sesame seeds, cranberries, honey and cheese – it's up to you to choose. Fish-lovers will have a chance to appreciate salmon, tuna and sea bass tartars. Fresh cucumber, goat cheese, spring onion and spices give an additional flavour to French dishes. 

Thin and crispy croutons made of rye or wheat bread make the final accent. 

If you are lost to choose what to try, feel free to order a set! Suppose, the meat set includes all 9 kinds of tartars. It's hard to imagine a greater variety!
