More Brutal Ah! Beatrice Restaurant

The new Chef is at Ah! Beatrice Restaurant. His name is Igor Kotov. He has experience of working at such restaurants as Rybka, Ugolek, Poekhali, Schastie, in general, quite experienced. At Ah! Beatrice Restaurant Igor started with a serious menu update.

There is a chapter of dishes “with a brutal character”: solid bruschettas with fish or dried beef (550 rubles) or variations to eternal Caesar, the salad is served with chicken falafel (650 rubles). As first dishes, the Chef offers soup with bullock flesh (450 rubles), noodles with chicken (350 rubles) or borsch with white beans and dry-cured beef (400 rubles). Portions are quite generous just as all men (apriori). So-called brutal dishes can also be found among hot courses: Breton pie with crayfish tails in tomato sauce (550 rubles), eggplants with Chevre cheese and miso ice-cream (700 rubles). Even pastas are available, also generous man-to-man: with beef and seafood (per 800 rubles). 

The Chef scored a full ride in the chapter of hot courses: sea bass with mushrooms risotto (850 rubles), whole mutton leg with potatoes (1100 rubles), beef Stroganoff with mashed potatoes (900 rubles), grass carp chops with vegetables (800 rubles) and even fillet-mignon (1250 rubles) – you will definitely satisfy your hanger. 

Ptichye moloko dessert (400 rubles), loved by boys since childhood will terminate this culinary patriarchy.
