13 King Crab Dishes at Yoko
The menu consisting of 13 dishes with the main Kamchatka delicacy starring is available at Japanese Yoko Restaurant since beginning of March.
Chef of Yoko Restaurant Yuriy Sorokin has honored the King Crab with a full-course menu and created a gastronomic offer of 13 positions. Light rolls wrapped in Savoy cabbage leave and served with finely chopped ginger sprouts and mango sauce (670 rubles) and classic hot Tom Yam (690 rubles) will be cooked with the sea delicacy at Yoko.
In a list of main courses it is worth marking crab baked in cream-saffron sauce (1400 rubles), and also crab cooked on teppan with vegetables and sake topped with teriyaki sauce when served (950 rubles).
The offer is valid until May 31st.
