Chef of Sky Lounge restaurant Artyom Dobrovolsky presents a fresh author’s menu. Freshness, lightness and elegancy – these are main principles of spring new dishes from brand-Chef Artyom Dobrovolsky.

Among starters and salads there is Carpaccio made of fresh artichokes with Parmesan cheese and white chocolate mousse with truffle (870 rubles), also a salad with honey persimmon with chorizo and excellent goat cheese topped with mustard-honey sauce (670 rubles). Those who like orient cuisine will be offered tuna in rice dough with ‘beaten’ cucumbers and the sauces duet “Curry & Wasabi” (720 rubles) or renewed Caesar with goose cooked in tandoor (840 rubles).  

The main courses have also an accent on vegetable dishes. The guests may expect quails stuffed with grechetto and cep mushrooms (930 rubles), goatling with white beans, Brie cheese and grilled vegetables (1190 rubles), and also baked young chicken with polenta topped with Brie de Meaux sauce (960 rubles).  

Among numerous author’s desserts the special place will be given to “Dessert for girls” (670 rubles) as it contains no sugar at all. The dream cake consists of chocolate shortbread with tender lime cream, pieces of pineapple and chocolate mousse in snow-white cacao crumbs.  An incredible dessert is garnished with massive chocolate construction shaped as cacao grains stuffed with fresh apples and served in chocolate sauce with pineapple jelly cubes.
