Roast Beef

Ingredients:
1 kg beef sirloin,
2 tbsp olive oil,
1 tbsp mustard,
2 clove garlic,
10 peas black pepper,
Seas salt

How to cook:
Heat the oven to 220°С.
Wash the meat and dry it with paper towel. 
Grind the pepper and salt in a pounder, add olive oil and rub the meat with this mixture.
Roast the meat from all sides until the golden rust on a well-heated pan. Put the meat on a plate and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Stir mustard with grinded garlic and grease the meat. 
Put it into a stew pan and bake for 10 minutes with the temperature 220°С; then lower the temperature until 150°С and keep baking for 30-40 minutes.
 
Chicken in Tomato Sauce

Chicken in tomato sauce looks not intricate but very homelike. It might take root at your home. 

Ingredients:
1 chicken (1000 – 1200g),
2 onions,
1 sweet pepper,
1 can of pickled tomatoes (peeled, in its juice) 400 g,
2 garlic clove,
2 tbsp olive oil,
Salt, freshly ground black pepper, greenery. 

How to cook:
Heat the oven to 220 degrees.
Cut the chicken into medium pieces.
Cut the onion into semi-rings and cut the sweet pepper into cubes.
Cut tomatoes.
Pour olive oil into a deep stewing pan.
Roast the chicken from both sides.
Add the onion, pickled tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Stew at medium heat for 30-35 minutes then add greenery.
Then put the chicken into a heated oven for 15 minutes.
Mashed potatoes might be a side dish.

 Pumpkin soup with spices

Pumpkin has deserved love of the most famous chefs for its soft taste, interesting texture and universal ability to match with other products.

Ingredients:
1 medium pumpkin,
1 shallot,
1 garlic clove,
1l broth (vegetable or chicken),
Pinch of ginger,
Medium punch of coriander,
2 tbsp olive oil

How to cook:
Grind onion and garlic.
Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces.
Fry in olive oil.
Pour the broth and add ginger, stew until it’s ready.
Shake in a blender.
Chop coriander.
Serve with coriander and dried crust.
 
Avocado salad

Ingredients:
400g prawns,
2 green medium apples,
4 medium cucumbers,
8 Cherry tomatoes,
1 avocado,
Green onion,
1 lime,
Olive oil,
Salt, pepper

How to cook:
Boil the prawns.
Peel avocado.
Cut cucumbers, apples and avocado into cubes and halve Cherry tomatoes.
Divide lime into slices and chop the onion.
Stir all, add prawns and season with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper.
