Duck fillet with orange sauce from VinoGrad Restaurant

- Duck breast fillet with skin – 400 g;
- Fresh orange juice – 150 g;
- Butter – 60 g;
- Sugar – 20 g;
- Cognac – 50 g.

Prepare ingredients.

Prepare the sauce: melt the butter on a frying pan and add sugar.

Add cognac and burn out.

Pour the orange juice little by little.

Fry the duck breast from all sides. Grill it if you have a grill frying pan; if not – use a frying pan with a cover.
