As a food, fish has been familiar to the mankind for ages. Being the basis of so many national cuisines, fish dishes are not only tasty but also incredibly useful because they are easily digested by the organism, containing microelements, vitamins and are suitable for diet nutrition because of low content of calories.
Fish Cutlets
Ingredients:
600 g cod fillet,
2 eggs,
1 white onion,
75 g butter,
Salt, pepper,
Dried bread
How to cook:
Make minced fish out of fillet.
Grate butter into minced fish.
Chop the onion.
Divide egg whites from yolks.
Stir all ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to your taste.
Make cutlets, roll in bread-crumbs and roast in olive oil.
Sea bass
Ingredients:
1 sea bass (600g),
1/2 lime,
1 tbsp olive oil,
Sea-salt,
Pepper.
How to cook:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Scale and wash fish, dunk it with a paper towel.
Stir olive oil, salt, pepper and lime juice.
Coat fish with the mixture.
Wrap fish into foil and put into the oven for 20 minutes.
Very important: do not make fish overdry!
Salmon shashlyk (barbecue)
Ingredients:
400 g salmon fillet,
Sea salt,
pepper,
lemon juice
How to cook:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Cut fish into medium pieces, add salt and pepper and lemon juice.
Put pieces of fish on swords and put into the oven for 15 minutes.
Very important: do not overroast fish!
Cod fillet in cream-lemon sauce with parsley
Ingredients:
400 g cod fillet,
100 g butter,
1 tbsp flour,
1/2 lemon,
Punch of parsley,
Salt, pepper to your taste
How to cook:
Cut fillet into portion pieces, put on the baking form for microwave oven.
Melt the butter.
Stir flour (1 tbsp without top) with melted butter and add 1/lemon juice (2 tbsp), salt, pepper.
Chop parsley.
Stir al ingredients.
Coat fish with the mixture.
Cook in the microwave oven for 12 minutes.
Boiled potatoes might serve as a side dish.
