Grandma"s Soup

Ingredients:
1 medium-sized potato
1 beetroot
1 sour apple
1 egg
100 g soured cream for dressing
salt
Rinse and peel the potato, beetroot and apple. Coarsely grate the beetroot and apple. Put the potato in the boiling water, reduce the heat to medium, add the beetroot and apple. Cook till the potato is ready. Pour the soup into the plates, mash the potato with a fork, add the soured cream and a hard-boiled egg.

"Lazy" Spaghetti

Ingredients:
250 g spaghetti
50 g butter
100 g blue cheese
salt, herbs
Cook the spaghetti (put them into a pot with salted boiling water and reduce the heat to medium), add the butter. Crumble the cheese, and stir it into the spaghetti. Add the chopped herbs.

"Lazy" Dumplings with Potatoes

Ingredients:
300 g curd
1 medium-sized potato
2 eggs
1 handful flour
10 g starch
20 g butter
breadcrumbs for coating
salt
Peel and boil the potatoes, mix with the curd and press through a sieve. Separate the egg yolks and rub them with the butter. Whisk the egg whites. Add the egg whites, yolks, starch and salt to the curd mixture. Shape the dumplings, coat them in breadcrumbs and cook in boiling water for 5-8 min.

"Lazy" Achma

Ingredients:
lavash flatbread
200 g soft cheese
1 egg
200 ml cream
sunflower oil
1 bunch fresh coriander
Grate the cheese finely and mix with a raw egg, finely chopped fresh coriander and cream. Grease the baking tin with the oil. Put the lavash on the bottom, then lay the egg and cheese mixture and cover it with one more layer of lavash. Pierce the lavash a few times with a fork so that it gets soaked. Put one more layer of the egg mixture on lavash and put everything into the preheated oven. Bake at 160-180 С for 10-15 min till golden crust.

Lazy Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients:
150 g long-grained rice
300 g minced beef
1 large onion
1 small head cabbage
150 g tomatoes
sunflower oil for frying
salt, pepper
Chop the cabbage and stew at a medium heat under a tightly closed lid. Pour the rice with water in proportion 1:1.5 and cook al dente at a medium heat (till the water boils away). In 15 to 20 min lift the cabbage off the heat, put it into a bowl, and use the same pot to fry the minced meat at a high heat for 3 to 4 min. Chop the onion and tomatoes finely and add to the fried minced meat. Reduce the heat to medium and stew together for 10 to 15 min. Add the cabbage and the rice, mix thoroughly and stew 20 to 30 min at a low heat.

Beer Cookies

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup beer (preferably lager)
1 pack margarine
Put the margarine to the freezer. In 1.5 hours take the margarine out and grate it coarsely. Add the beer and half the flour. Mix everything thoroughly. Add the remaining flour and mix everything again. Divide the batter into 3 parts and put in the freezer for 1 hour. Take out and roll out the batter, cut out the pastries and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C about 30 min.
