Mushroom Soup With Bread
Ingredients:
200 g rye bread
300 g mushrooms
1 small onion
40 g butter
100 g soured cream
salt and pepper
Dice the mushrooms and boil in 1 litre of water. Grate the dried bread. Fry the onions in a deep pan, add the bread and cook 5 min. Add the mushroom stock, salt and pepper. Add the soured cream before serving.
