Mix-master Toni Paese has created a new collection of warming up cocktails ‘The liquid Cashmere’ at Percorso restaurant in Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St Petersburg.
Traditional hot British liquor posset is made of wine and strong drinks with spices. Today this title is mainly related to the dessert resembling a famous traditional English dessert syllabub, having a light texture and a memorable fine taste.
Having been inspired by posset, mix-master Toni Paese has created collection of 4 cocktails and named it ‘The liquid cashmere’. Each cocktail is especially interesting and can be an excellent companion for Petersburg winter cold evenings.
