Chef of Da Albertone restaurant takes care of providing a real extravaganza of new culinary sensations to the guests. The New Year & Christmas collection of Today’s Specials dishes is bright, festive, bright and … breathtakingly tasty.
Chef Luca Pellino offers to enjoy a special pizza with homemade barbecue sauce, chicken breast, Mozzarella and Scamorza cheese, red onion and cilantro. Followers of Italian cuisine are recommended to try such dishes as risotto with chicken breast, Pancetta and Italian pancakes stuffed with Prosciutto Cotto, Philadelphia cheese and Mozzarella.
There are two new tasty and bright dishes made of rack of veal in the new author’s offer from maestro: rack of veal all Milanese and rack of veal on grill.
Mango cake still remains a sweet ‘hit’ at Da Albertone.
