While the mood behind the window keeps changing, the Chef of SolFaSol restaurants decided to color workdays with bright tastes of new winter dishes in the menu.
The New Year mood will be created by traditional Russian salad with salmon and juicy tender pork medallions with bright mustard-honey sauce and original celery puree will charm with its unique taste. Certainly, you can’t do without main characters of long winter evening – hot drinks. Aromatic apple mulled wine with fruits and spices and incredibly tasty chocolate-rum cocktail with whipped cream will make a nice company to the homemade cheesecake and orange sauce.
