“In the spring when I was in Singapore the beauty of coming out trees, local sights and smiling people inspired me for the idea to create bright and juicy sauces which will make the dishes of PARADISE café&bar restaurant richer and more copious. Duck breast PARADISE is a speciality served with hoisin sauce which is translated as “sea fruits”. My idea was to remark the taste of tender and juicy meat complementing it with our author’s sauce. 

Sour-sweet dressings, original sauces and a spicy note make dishes special. Salads and light starters are also performed in original Pan-Asiatic style. 

PARADISE dessert carte is also performed in Pan-Asiatic style: for example, pineapple ravioli with mascarpone and mango sorbet.
