The Chef of one of the most famous restaurants in Helsinki, the owner of Michelin Red Guide Samuli Vergentius will perform his gastronomic set to Grand Cru guests. 

Postres is a modern Scandinavian cuisine based on classic French culinary techniques using traditional Northern methods of pickling, drying and smoking products.

Scandinavians are pace-setters in gastronomic fashion in the world now and the table is better to book two months in advance in their restaurants.  

Samuli Vergentius’s visit is an excellent opportunity to try dishes from the Michelin Chef in Petersburg when Schengen visa and time to overcome 400 km are not required!
