However, the festival has only started but the spring seems to be about to come! Marco Polo Restaurant proposes a special spring dinner to brighten up expectation of spring.
Tender slices of salmon with cream cheese and pine nuts;
Grilled tiger prawns with asparagus, cream sauce & white wine;
Spicy pear with onion jam served with fried foie gras and chopped pistachios;
Roman salad with marble beef, baked artichokes, kalamata olives and sweet tomatoes;
Duck leg confit stewed with own juice with spicy sauce and mashed potatoes;
Classic chicken tabak with greens and chili served with Adjika sauce;
Baked halibut fillet wit zucchini and apple & saffron sauce;
Dessert:
Strawberry soup with soft cream cheese and forest berries;
A bottle of wine to your choice:
Abrau Durso, brut (Krasnodar region, Russia), sparkling;
Lirico Vino Blanco (Spain), white;
Lirico Vino Rojo (Spain), red.
The offer is limited. The price is 2000 rubles per person.
