The chef of the Da Albertone Restaurant has made efforts to provide a real bunch of summer culinary tastes to the guests.
Meat-lovers will appreciate juicy barbecue made of farm veal and lamb served with lettuce leaves and Verde sauce or tender farm veal brisket with Demi-Glace sauce accompanied with champignons and spinach.
