This year the master of Pan-Asian cuisine reduced the main menu of the restaurant having left only top positions which won guests' hearts of Buddha-Bar: salmon ceviche, crab spring rolls, black cod, gedza with foie-gras, beef vague, dishes on wok and a few other. “Every month we are going to propose a special menu of six new dishes from the Pan-Asian cuisine and a mixture of sweet, sour, hot and spicy flavours especially for those who want to try something new”, - intrigues Aaron Stott.
While people are expecting the spring, the special offer in Buddha-Bar includes such light seafood and fish dishes as:
Salad with prawns, avocado and yuzu mango dressing;
Roll with salmon and avocado in tempura with hot sauce;
New Zealand mussels with chili and garlic sauce;
Thai fish soup Prik Pau;
Beef fillet Angus with Gorgonzola & miso sauce;
Coffee ganache with almond ice-cream.
