Hunting For Taste at Ginza Restaurant

Ginza Restaurant opens a series of gastronomic evenings “Hunting for taste”. In search of new taste sensations Ginza ‘hunters’ went to different countries with the only purpose – to get exclusive delicacies for the guests.

On Wednesday, February 26th the restaurant is expecting a fresh draught of deep water rose prawns. They are considered as a delicacy because they inhabit at 200-metres depth and it’s very hard to catch them.
Serving raw is considered to be the most elegant and at the same time the simplest way of serving this dish. However, the special Ginza dish – sushi accompanies with unique sauces fr om Chef Sergey Han is counted a real delicacy.
Special volcanic stones will be served behind the tables wh ere the guests will have a chance to cook their hot course making it raw, medium or well done.
The hunt for taste has been launched! Search for exclusive taste sensations at Ginza restaurant! The evening event will start at 8 pm.
