New Menu at GUSTO Restaurant

January has brought interesting changes to GUSTO restaurant menu. Chef Fabrizio Fatucci has been inspired with the Russian culinary tradition to celebrate the New Year’s Day, that he decided to offer his own variant of the Russian salad (Olivier).

The well-known recipe has been changes and mango, crab meat and Italian mortadella have become the main ingredients in the new option! Besides, the menu includes tender pearl-hen with spinach and red onion tart tatin, unusual sandwich with goatfish, artichokes and chickpea parmentier, black cod in oyster sauce with cuttlefish ink. And for those who like sweets, there is a special surprise – millefeuille made of three kinds of chocolate and camomile Panna Cotta served in a new author’s way.
