Best of Russia & France in New Menu of KROO CAFÉ Restaurant

Family restaurant KROO CAFÉ has launched a new menu inspired by the hostess of the restaurant Violetta Kroo and created by Chef Konstantin Opeskin.  

Main directions which were considered while creating the menu are high quality local farmer products, trends in the culinary world and contemporary techniques in cooking. Each dish was born as a result of long-lasting arguments and degustation and hostess Violetta Kroo invites you to try it. The menu includes such dishes as Rack of New Zealand lamb, house roasted rabbit, White Sea mussels saute, duck leg confit etc. The confectionery island has not been left aside where so much loved lavender éclairs, macroni, handmade chocolate, biscuits remain and new desserts are added: special lavender cake KROO, raspberry eclairs, French La Opera, raspberry parfait and of course home pastries.
