Summer New Specialities at Favourite Place 22.13

Following the main tendency of the world culinary - to cook healthy food of local products - the summer menu of Favourite Place 22.13 restaurant has been 'greener' and fresher.

Cooks of Favourite Place have presented seasonal ingredients in the menu, such as sorrel, nettle, fennel and mangold. Another thing, unusual but wonderful ingredients, such as black carrot, for instance, will be introduced to the guests.  As a result, there is a healthy summer menu for vegans and meat-eaters which is also created by farmers who regularly supply the freshest products to the kitchen of 22.13 restaurant!  

These are extracts from the menu:

- Cauliflower couscous with pine nuts and fresh sprouts; 

- Grilled green beans with anchovies sauce; 

- Fresh peas cream-soup; 

- Pizza with carrots, young sprouts and black carrot root; 

- Salad with duck breast, vegetable chips and strawberry-nut sauce;

- Pike perch in honey-mustard sauce with baked potato stone; 

- Turkish meat wrapped in Savoy cabbage with wasabi mousse; 

- Risotto with verdure; 

- Bulgur with fried beans and corn.
