Brand-chef of Tea & Coffee House Rubai Casun Amanda Ganegoda (Sri-Lanka) updates the menu in the principally new format. Traditional hot delicacies are skillfully adapted to Russian tastes. However for those guests who want to try authentic dish from the Island it might be cooked as spicy as on the equator upon the request. It can be done only by Chef from Sri-Lanka who has been working in St. Petersburg for 15 years.

Buriani is a pilaf with mint, farmer’s thick sour cream, tomatoes and most aromatic spices from the Island: young green chili, cardamom, cloves and curry famous for its unique features which is perfect for keeping in a nice shape. One and a half dozens of fresh cooked handmade sauces might be served to the dish: Minchi Sambola, for instance, or mint with coconut or sweet onion with lemon.
Coti Roti, handmade thin scones are inside the meat dish with vegetables and aromatic spices – curry and lemon tree. Cooking is hard and complicated.
