Culinary Tour at Da Albertone

New special offer from Chef of Da Albertone Restaurant resembles a culinary tour map because in includes so many national culinary accents from all over the world.

Before becoming Chef of Da Albertone Restaurant, Luca Pellino has travelled a lot throughout the world discovering classic recipes of cooking various delicacies.  From Spanish cooks he learnt to cook classic rice paella with pork, chicken, homemade sausages, mussels, shrimps, squids and vegetables.  Spanish paella will be available in the menu of Petersburg restaurant during the whole month of April. The dish is recommended for two.

The Japanese cuisine is performed with crispy hot salmon covered with panko, cucumber and avocado.

Italy is performed with homemade ravioli with ricotta and tomato sauce, pizza with cep mushrooms cream, ricotta, spinach and salmon and famous Saltimbocca alla Romana.  

Spectacular Russian sweet dish – homemade Medovik (Honey) cake – is recommended by chef for a dessert.
