Festival Of Sicilian Pizza at Yakitoriya and Mojo Restaurants

Within the festival, the Italian pizzaiolo Marco Alarcon has worked out a new menu especially for Yakitoriya and Mojo restaurants where almost 20 kinds of incredibly tasty pizzas are performed.
Culinary experiments from Marco Alarcon are also based on original combinations. For example, pizza with salmon, orange and pine nuts is unusual but very tasty mix. Pizza under a romantic title "Mare o Monti" (Sea and Mountains) contains shrimps as a symbol of sea and also mushrooms - the symbol of mountains. "Calcone" is a closed pizza which is cooked on tomato base with spinach, olives, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses. Among unusual but natural combinations there are such pizzas as Vegetarian with spinach, Truffle with champignons and Focaccia with pesto. Marco's favorite ingredient included into almost all recipes is Ruccoa which makes the taste of pizza especially fresh.
Apart from author's Marco's pizzas, the Festival of Sicilian Pizza will offer classic options as well.
